30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your Mixee purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — no questions asked. This applies to first-time subscription payments and one-off purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You have two options:
- Visit paddle.net, sign in with the email used at checkout, and request a refund directly.
- Email us at hello@mixee.de with your order ID, and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Subscription renewals
For automatic subscription renewals after the first billing period, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge if you have not made significant use of the Service in the new billing period. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals via paddle.net or your Mixee account settings.
Statutory rights
If you are an EU/UK consumer, your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law remains unaffected by this policy. Note that for digital content where performance has begun with your express consent, the statutory withdrawal right may end early — but our 30-day guarantee above still applies.
